Shipping and delivery

All non-custom items are ready to ship and orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). For any custom or personalised orders, processing times are 3-8 business days.
Plan Inspire Create ships all over the world! There may be some additional costs associated with international shipping. More information can be found in our shipping policy.
In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). My company Plan Inspire Create is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE2178024773628. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY. As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. Customers in the UK should expect their order 1-3 working days from this date. International customers should expect their order within 7 days from this date.

Please note that international orders can take up to 30 days to arrive where there is pressure on postal services.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong item), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is not an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you no longer want the item), then the buyer accepts full responsibility for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Placing an order

Yes, I can do this up until the time your order is shipped. Just pop us an email at and I'll combine your orders and refund the excess postage, so long as they haven't been packaged yet!
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they have been shipped. Just pop me an email at with the subject 'CANCELLATION'. Please include your name, address and order number in this email.
I can include a handwritten note with order and send them directly to the recipient for you at no extra cost! Please let me know in the order notes that it is a gift, and what message you would like to include. Please set the shipping address as the recipient's name and address rather than your own.
