Is there a theme?
The items will not be Christmas-themed, and this is because I want you to be able to get lots of use out of these items all year round! It also means the box can be enjoyed by those who do not celebrate Christmas. All items will have a positive and uplifting theme, which is what Plan Inspire Create is all about!
Why are these items available for pre-order so early?
All items will feature original designs created in my home studio in England. I will be dedicating time to make this a really special collection of items that will not be available elsewhere. Pre-ordering items from a small business provides funds to allow for the manufacture of these unique items.
How are the items wrapped?
All 24 items will be individually wrapped with care and will be numbered so that you know what order to open the items in. Wrapping styles may vary and will be recyclable (eg paper bags, kraft paper, envelopes or tissue paper). All wrapped items will be beautifully boxed together.
How are the items shipped?
All boxes will be sent with tracked postage due to the value of the contents. They will be shipped in November ready for you to start opening in December.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure shipping addresses are correct ready for the time of shipping. A reminder will be sent at the beginning of November to prompt you to check your shipping address is still correct.
How do I pay?
You can either pay in full, or split the cost over 8 weeks using ClearPay if this is easier for you.
Can I send the items as a gift?
Yes! Just let me know in the order notes that this is a gift and I can include a gift message free of charge if you let me know the wording.
Do you accept returns?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order if you change your mind. Just email emma@planinspirecreate.com with your order number and I will process this for you.
After this time I'm afraid I am not able to offer refunds or returns. This is because these items are custom and made to order.
